You can also set the app to keep a continuous record of your text messages by archiving new texts as they come in, that way your backup is always current. There you can choose to only backup selected conversations. Touch the "Gear" icon in the menu bar at the top of the screen to access the preferences.
Tap the "Restore" button to bring back the text messages you backed up. Press the "Backup" button in SMS Backup & Restore by Ritesh Sahu to create the initial backup file. Later, if you want to retrieve a deleted text message, launch the app and tap "Restore." Any new messages that you receive from the time you made the backup until the time you restored it will be lost. Tap the "Backup" button in SMS Backup & Restore by Techvision to create the initial backup of your SMS message.
